User IDs and Passwords
If your company has a business account with PRC Supply, it may have an account so that its employees can access portions of our website not available to the general public. To gain access to secure areas of our website you will need a user ID and password. Request a login.
Any given account can have multiple users however each user must have his or her own user ID and password. You agree that your user ID and password are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the ID and password, and you and/your company are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your ID and password by you or anyone else using this, whether authorized by you or not. If you believe your password may have been compromised or used without authorization you agree to change your password immediately. You also agree to inform us immediately of any breaches of security such as loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of your username or password by contacting us at email@example.com. Until we are so notified you and/or your company will remain liable for any unauthorized use of your account. As a purchaser you agree that all orders placed online under your account will for all purposes be deemed to be in writing signed by you to the same extent and under the same conditions as all your other ordering transactions with PRC Supply. As such you accept full responsibility for all purchases made online under your account. It is your responsibility to notify us if you would like a particular individual’s access to your account terminated. PRC Supply reserves the right to deny purchaser access to password access at its sole discretion.
Our standard payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date. All overdue amounts shall bear interest at a rate of twenty-four percent (24%) per annum (2% per month). At PRC Supply’s discretion, purchases may be made through Visa® or MasterCard® at the time of purchase. All payments must be in Canadian dollars. If the purchaser fails to make payment within 30 days, PRC Supply may defer shipments until such payment is made, or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of unshipped order.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and will remain valid for a period of 7 days. In the event of a pricing error, PRC SUPPLY reserves the right to change the price without notice. We also reserve the right to change prices based on changing economic and manufacturing conditions. Prices displayed in print catalogues or online pdfs are for reference purposes only. For accurate pricing please verify your products online. Quotations on large quantities are available on request.
PRC SUPPLY is required to charge goods and services tax and applicable provincial sales tax on items for which a sales tax exemption certification has not been provided. When ordering, please provide any valid exemption certificate.
Shipping charges are included on all orders when shipping to an eligible location in Canada. For ineligible locations, freight rates quoted are to be considered dock-to-dock. If extra handling is required, additional charges may apply. PRC Supply can also offer consolidated shipping for large volume customers.
Important: Please be advised that there is a $100 minimum order requirement for all non-consolidated orders.
Shipping errors, missing items or damages must be reported to PRC SUPPLY within 1 business day of receipt of shipment (damages must be accompanied by a signed bill of lading acknowledging the damage).
Claims for loss or damage in shipments are the responsibility of the carrier, and must not be deducted from our invoice, nor shall payment of the invoice be withheld while you await adjustment for your claims.
FOB Points. Products ship FOB PRC Supply’s stocking warehouses, or FOB the manufacturer as indicated within product details. Not all products are stocked and shipped from all of our locations. Upon submission of your quote or order the shipping origin and any applicable freight charges will be confirmed.
Modification of Terms
No addition to or modification of terms and conditions shall be binding on PRC SUPPLY unless agreed to by PRC SUPPLY in writing, and PRC SUPPLY’s acceptance of any order shall not be construed as consent to any additional terms and conditions.
Special Orders & Product Availability
Products are subject to availability at time of order. Some special order items must meet manufacturer’s minimum order quantity requirements at time of order, and may require additional shipping time.
Products are warrantied against defects in material or workmanship only in accordance with the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy. If PRC Supply determines the product to be defective in workmanship or material, it will be repaired or replaced at PRC Supply’s sole option, as buyer’s exclusive remedy.
PRC SUPPLY offers products only for delivery and use within Canada. PRC SUPPLY is not responsible for any product sale intended for export. Where products purchased from PRC SUPPLY are to be exported, the purchaser assumes sole responsibility for arranging the export of the products from Canada and their importation into other countries and shall at all times comply with all applicable laws in relation thereto, including but not limited to export control laws, rules and regulations of Canada.
We want you to be completely satisfied. Prior to returning any item(s), please fill out our return request form to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
All returns must be authorized by PRC Supply.
Certain products sold by PRC SUPPLY may be returned for credit. A restocking charge of 25% will apply on stock items, or that imposed by manufacturer should the fees be greater.
The following conditions must be met. Failure to do so could result in refusal of a shipment by us.
- Goods must be returned within 90 days from date of purchase;
- At the time of the return, goods must be a stock item with PRC SUPPLY and the returned quantity must correspond to the quantity of the original packaging;
- Approval and shipping destination must be obtained from PRC SUPPLY before returning goods;
- Goods must be returned to the appropriate location within 10 working days after receiving the RMA number;
- The RMA number and invoice number must be identified on the return address label;
- Goods must be in their original packaging, arrive undamaged and in resellable form
- All returns are to be sent prepaid;
- Specially ordered goods are non-returnable – these products are identified with a part number beginning with a // on quotes and invoices.
- Restocking charges on Non-stock or Custom items will be determined by PRC Supply.
- Goods damaged in transit must be signed as damaged by the receiver and carrier at the time of receipt of goods in order to request credit from PRC Supply.
PRC Supply reserves the right to deny any Returns or Claims if the above conditions are not met.
Orders for products affected by x-factor events such as viral outbreaks and other extreme circumstances CANNOT be returned once shipped and billed.
Returns MUST be pre-approved, and must be returned complete with original documentation, accessories and packaging in original condition or additional restocking charges will be levied at our discretion. New unopened merchandise returned within 90 days will receive a full refund less our shipping costs. Merchandise that has been opened but is complete can be sold as new will be assessed a 25% restocking charge. Merchandise that has been installed, used, marred, altered, or damaged cannot be returned. Our money back guarantee does not include freight charges to or from our office. We will deduct the actual freight cost incurred to ship your order, from your return. Special orders, software, batteries, DVR cards, and books are not eligible for credit or refund. Opened spy equipment will not be accepted for refund unless still security sealed, or for warranty exchange.
We will not be responsible to the loss or damage of returned item(s) by couriers, so we suggest that you insure your shipments and ensure they can be traced with a delivery signature for your protection.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS & WARRANTY
Please fill out our return request form and provide the part number, date of purchase and invoice number to receive a return authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any defective merchandise. Returns sent back without authorization will be returned to the sender at his/her expense. Defective product will be repaired or replaced with a similar model or in some cases we may refer your case to the manufacturer for support at our discretion. Some manufacturers (eg. D-Link) require the end user to deal with them directly for warranty support, and we will honour their procedures where applicable.
We offer free technical support on product purchased directly from PRC Supply. For product purchased from other resellers or other online stores please contact your place of purchase or the equipment manufacturer. Our free technical support is meant to help answer initial set-up questions and to help if something goes wrong. We reserve the right to limit technical support at our sole discretion and where we feel the customer/installer requires more support than we can provide in a reasonable time by telephone or ticket. Where we believe it may be a safety hazard or liability issue, we may require the customer to hire a professional installer to complete the work. If we are unable to solve a problem we will request the customer/installer to contact the manufacturer for additional support.
REFUSED and UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
Any refused shipments or orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address, missing buzzer codes, no-one available to sign, etc. that are returned to us by the courier will be assessed a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of the returned shipment and the original freight cost.
PRC Supply considers all graphical product content (images & copy), both in print and online, to be proprietary information. The use of this content without the expressed written consent of PRC Supply may forfeit the purchaser’s ability to purchase from PRC Supply.
SHIPPING & DAMAGE CLAIMS
We will ship by our choice of courier, typically Dicom or Manatoulin based on the address, contents and order size. In some cases such as oversize/overweight shipments or remote locations we may require additional payment for shipping, in which case we will notify you prior to shipping.
Please let us know if us of any shipping damage or missing items within 24 hours of receiving the package and be sure to keep all original packaging and shipping materials. You may be asked to take pictures of the shipment, items and damage as needed. Notification beyond 24 hours may result in the claim being denied. Customers outside Canada will be responsible for any applicable customs, duties and/or taxes.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
We attempt to be as accurate as possible, however we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site is error-free. If a product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and omissions. In the rare case of an error, additional freight required or verification required we will contact you prior to shipping the order. Orders are not binding until reviewed and invoiced. Images on our site are for illustration only.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PRC Supply will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or products purchased from this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed sever able and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with the user of this site, products purchased from this site or anything relating to business conducted with PRC Supply shall be South River, Ontario, Canada.
